My email to Ms Brandt of the SEC. Signed, selaed and delivered.

Good morning Ms Brandt. I hope you will take a few minutes of your busy schedule and read my email.
First let me thank you for myself and all of the Teco shareholders for your efforts in settling with Treaty and allowing us to continue once we are SEC compliant. I had little faith the SEC would do the right thing by protecting the innocent shareholders and you proved me wrong. Thank you for helping me regain my trust in the Government.
I am a long standing shreholder of Treaty which I know you are very familiar with. I only own a minimal amount of shares but they are as important to me as another that may own 100 Million.
What I ask of you this day is that the SEC investigate the alleged Illegal Naked Short Shares involved with the TECO stock.
I assume you are familiar with the possibilty of it being true. I post on a few social media message boards, IHUB being one of them and am continuously attacked including having my posts removed for even bring it up.
IMO, for those that post on that board to deny they exist 24 / 7 is not normal in any condition. They totally deny they exist so if they do not why not allow the SEC to investigate without the continued interference.
It is well known back in 2008 ( prox ) Platinum Partners, whot the SEC prosecuted " and won " loaned $ 3 Million dollars to Argy at that time, now Teco and shortly after the stock tanked.
The efforts to keep us from rebounding by those on IHUB after you worked so hard to benefit the investors and our assets is unexplainable.
I thank you again for myself and all shareholders and hope you can look into this to further protect our assets.
