The tablet is still being developed. In the 10K it stated the agreement with GC Group LTD had been terminated 12/31/15. It was an event (the agreement and termination) that had to be reported.
They are still developing it though. Page 37 in the table.
This from page 48 of the 10K: The Company is currently engaged in the research and development of cannabis-based medical products (the “Product Prospects”) for the treatment of multiple myeloma, psoriasis and fibromyalgia as well as development of a cannabis soluble tablet delivery system that may have applications for other indications.
