Major cities might change in the US. Small town America will bleed 1st. I suspect Germany and the other EU counties are the same.
Very rural German communities where I live. If you haven't lived in the community 100 years you will not get any. Keys to the city. Haven't lived in my hometown and n 35 years. Could go back tomorrow and pick up where I left off, as I have that 100 plus year family history.
