"Under the Company’s 2016 ESOP,
10 million options were granted to Mr. Bignitz,
750,000 options were granted to Mr. De-Saban, and
7 million options were granted to Dr. Baruch and
[7 million options were granted to] Mr. Sinai during 2016.
Subject to the provisions of applicable Israeli laws, these options are held by a trustee and vest after a period of two years and,
as a result, are not included in the above table (table on page 72)."
In addition, Dr. Baruch has another 2,120,000 and Alan Sinai has another 1,011,250 already vested.
