The real significance of this is not that it has a kill ration that high in vivo, but OWCP is the only company that seems to be taking a natural substance and pursuing in vitro trials which have for the most part, never been done before.
I have cancer that is basically under control(Please, no sorry to hear that. I'm not going to die from it) I've researched natural treatments for over a year intensely. Any natural substance that kills cancer in vivo never makes it to in vitro studies because the researchers can't get backing from big pharma. No money in it for them. There are thousands of studies at PubMed that document this AS A FACT.
OWCP is taking on big pharma, that's why the 10K was worded the way it was. Think about it. They know the fight they are in for possibly long term.
