They need 65 k per year just for administrative stuff.
Everything else is on top of that...
They need several more millions of dollars to do everything they want to do.
The Monaco conference could help the company in that regard.
I am a bit nervous reading all the things in the 10k that could hurt our company. Especially the fact that large pharma isn't going to take mmj coming at them from small startups lying down.
I think also that it can't be understated that the company needs a lot more money than they have in order to protect their IP and also fend off any litigation coming at them from other entities that feel OWCP might be infringing on their IP
THis is only the beginning and after reading the 10k I understand that we are only at the beginning of the adventure..
OWCP says outright that they will license their patents to several companies
and that they recognize forming strategic partnerships is key to getting their products to market because these established companies already have the gateway to the market in place.
I see the company has thus far zero sales and zero marketing...no revenue even generated from consulting as of yet...
Glad to see everything spelled out here...Now we know where the company stands and there is no refuting things like patents in fact they said they intend to file additional patents.
