I wonder if they will deal with the Kodiak situati

I wonder if they will deal with the Kodiak situation in the new 10k? It is unclear whether OWC ever received any proceeds from the $750,000 EPA? If not, how could they have been in default for anything? I would suspect that a law firm, like a financial concern, have errors and ommission insurance. Has there been an attempt to make a claim, or a filing to trigger a claim? There is obvious negligence in the law firm's activity in representation of OWC, if they were force to issue stock for nothing. Do we shareholders have a right to initiate a class action suit here? All current as well as past shareholders are affected, as there can be 33 million shares in the O/S that shouldnt be there diluting our investment.
