more interesting perhaps .. is why is that belief held .. *now* ..
part of NRs' MO is to *source* info via OTC SMBs .. that info would include
anyone close to mgmt .. or anyone who could be utilized for their financial
resources .. one of the welland 3 .. came to my attn early based on behavior
*there* .. and not just on the PTOI SMB ..
one of the interesting (first hand) stories subsequently relayed out of the AGM
held in 2012 .. was the activity that went on in the hotel bar about some well
known *aliases* (some might say *originals* embedded since 2009) seeking
trading acct info ..
and then this same set of sources (2) .. expressing *frustration* in mid summer
2013 (b4 P2O was wrested back) .. that they had been *conned* (their word)
out of their shares .. this was at approx 35c
just a reminder .. PTOI's last illegally orchestrated RUN UP was in Jan 2013
(4 years and 3 months ago) when NR stopped PTOI out @ 1.49 .. and on 5.1.13
one of the welland entities .. had MLM leak a deposition to deliberately and
decisively *break* PTOI below 50c ..
when NR *cant* cover .. they roll resets in conjunction with relentlessly compressing PTOI's PPS DOWN
when this is done .. most OTC mgmt teams have to source money from those who are toxic in nature
it's a planned undertaking to force targeted company's *dilution*
it's doesn't take a rocket scientist to understand why this would have impact
on any company's ability to execute
and it's quite understandable why current CEO .. having observed first hand
every aspect *utilized* against the company and stock (since 2009) .. would
communicate only on an as needed basis
so here we are .. respective lines drawn in the sand .. and the awareness of all
of what those .. many of whom .. who have never sold one share from initial CB
and the knowledge of why each round of NRs' TAKE DOWN .. creates an issue
on the return side for CEs' collective accounts
if Rick can align P2O's first sale (MOU conveying to a DA then a PO) .. with
ancillary material events .. he himself noted in 2016 Updates .. including the
seating of a BoD and holding the company's first AGM since 2013 .. imo this
rather lengthy NITEmare NR exercised from 2009 .. is over ..
if the blending site is leased .. it reduces the company's monthly burn rate
but mostly mgmt's ability to execute and then articulate .. engenders *volume*
of which any size of significance .. moves the PPS UP .. as was noted by just
23000 in volume done to *reset* PTOI's 52 week high last September @ 7c
NR/CEs' have nothing left to BLOCK .. material events' 8k'd .. it's why trolls'
efforts' ramp and go after those they believe they can *impact*
if they only knew ..
