their ability to find any PTOI *shares* of any significance .. P2O has actually
outlasted those who illegally manipulate OTC stocks by rote .. that said the link
is a good primer for anyone wanting to see how initial actions are undertaken ..
i'd recommend reading deep capture frequently as well ..
