I DO realize and I DO NOT disagree. My point is - I give full credit to the initial value - it's only for 2 years. If you want to develop something truly sustainable. You need to look at the foundational elements in and around the area.
It's like any good marriage - the honeymoon. Phase is awesome. - then what. I want to see that the terminal is getting that billion dollar upgrade. That 4 casinos are being built That infrastructure is being put in to ensure the continued growth of the company and its. Relationship.
