I believe that once sales are initiated, OWCP will gain sufficient funding to run the necessary trials in Israel. I believe they can do it for less in Israel, and still satisfy International requirements. Of course if the FDA insists on thousands being enrolled in certain trials, then multinational trials may be necessary.
In diseases like psoriasis, I believe results can be observed in weeks to months, however, in the likes of multiple myeloma, FDA may want to see a few years worth of data making the cost of that trial a large multiple of the cost of trials for a variety of skin diseases, etc.
On a short term basis, if Teva or other big Pharma, did partner one or more drugs, and take over it's development, it no doubt would be a huge spur to the share price. Long term however, OWCP would only receive pennies to the dollar of what they'd receive if they kept it in house. I like the long term approach.
