If you guys are referring to the news article written in 2015 by the jewishpress, it's never been confirmed by either parties.

People just heard that they talked to each other and then the rumors started about how they want to buy their patents, but as Ziv said, they never asked to buy anything, they just wanted access to their intellectual information, and OWCP said no.
If anybody else has a link to another source that can prove otherwise, then please post it, but if not, let's stop referencing it as it's a waste of people's time reading about it.
