just sent off some suggestions .. to this admin .. specific to input re: the SEC
4 factors of importance to me:
Market Marker exemption (put in by that famous crook bernie madoff)
Electronically tagging all Publicly Traded US Equities for *real time transparency*
and the inability to have a float of 20M *trade* 100M in 37 minutes
taxing every trade so that the significant % that are *canceled* due to spoofing costs the sobs where it hurts the most .. their accounts ***
And the treatment of those who illegally manipulate US Equities be the same regardless of whether it's a P&D (pump & dump) or the S&D (short & distort)
