As per the 10k "During the period ended January 1, 2017 the company converted $77,059 of principal into 2,555,906 shares of common stock. As of January 1, 2017 the balance of the principal due was $84,191. The entire outstanding balance was subsequently converted to shares of common stock in February 2017."
