Found out the hard way. Even with VPN, your MAC address is still transmitted. The only way to fix it is get a new modem with a new MAC address, and then that may not work.
Now a new computer or network card, a new modem, and ask your ISP to change your IP may work. The iScum is slicker than anything I have ever seen. I've tried all different combos and got caught. Everything new is the only way possible to maybe have it happen.
Now the one thing I haven't tried is TOR. That may be the answer, don't know.
