HHSE the $65M possible merger got more interesting
this today. The suspected MERGER candidate
CRIM all of a sudden filed a 10Q today from 2015.
This would be one of the prerequisite steps they
would need to do , get their filings current, if they
were to be the MERGER candidate with HHSE.
No guarantees here but it sure seems more than
a coincindence since HHSE named this exact
same date April 14, 2017 as the time MERGER
info would be released if it was going to happen.
interesting situation to monitor at the least because
HHSE is crazy undervalued if this $65M MERGER
actually happens.
