Filing within the extended period is all good. Many companies do that. From what I have seen with other 10Ks is something needed to be added to make it comply with GAAP. Remember, their accounting firm, which I believe now is in Israel, has many other 10Ks to do also. IMO, it's a time constraint with the accounting firm, not with OWCP.
