Bum it is fairly obvious to everybody except the SEC and FINRA what is going on with the OTC. The SEC turns a blind eye toward hedge fund malfeasance .
The hedge funds in turn have a small army of individuals who look for any potential problem with any otc company and magnify it one hundred fold f
