Their case is losing steam daily and they are grasping at straws trying to stay a float before the Judge puts the final nail in the TDButtwipe / Hallin coffin. For Good.
The best they have is Treaty is illegally raising money or not filing an 8K required by the SEC """" YET """" 66 days after Treaty settled with the SEC without admitting or denying guilt the SEC allows Treaty to operate.
Lying TD now is posting links of the 2014 Suspension. Like this is news to anyone ... lol Treaty was suspended for not filing the financials. Because of all of the tortuous inteference from Clwon Liar TD from the IHub board, a proven paid basher and employee of Ofshore Hedge Funds, and Hallin and his troll Treaty had no money.
Treaty has the blessing of the SEC once the financials are filed to trade again. How stupid does Tiny Dancer think people are when he says we're raising money illegally, from current shareholders wanting their investments to have value ?
