The Port Authority has an incredible "Air Service Development Incentive Prrogram at Stewart International Airport" to entice new airlines to their airport....waiving landing fees, ground service fees, refueling fees, AND providing marketing and promotional incentives
"....for any new carrier...providing scheduled, non-stop service to a new destination not currently served from Stewart Airport...."
........"mitigates start up and marketing costs for new airlines....."
Wow......Landing fees free for 1st year, 50% for year 2!
Marketing and advertising support ($3 per outbound seat for 1st 2 yearst).
Ground service fees.and refueling fees, etc. - 100% waiver year 1, 50% year 2!
