this is the entrance to where the construction trailer present in leross's photos was-but trailer gone now- no vehicles onsite anywhere at the closest navigation- i checked before posting this - just the white vehicle in center - to the N are the only remaining structures - the buildings Bob built to store oil for recycling etc- now two odd cylindrical holes in pic-all they have to do -given necesary permits -is to drill down to water table- sea level-and let if fill those holes =plant some carp - hey its mexico-and charge for fishing
