HAMILTON, Bermuda, April 13, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- American Overseas Group Limited (BSX:AOREF.BH) (Pink Sheets:AOREF.PK) (“AORE”) today announced that Patricia A. Ryan, Executive Vice President and General Counsel, has resigned effective April 14, 2017 and will be joining the Chicago law firm Johnson & Bell as a partner. Ms. Ryan will continue as a consultant to the Company.
