You do make a GREAT point, however...Newburgh is in fact a lot easier to drive to. And for just $18 you can catch a bus from the Port Authority on 42nd St in Manhattan to Stewart International Airport. It took me over 90 minutes to get to JFK via the A train last time I tried to take public transit there, and it was a nightmare (as NYC subways usually are). Uber/Lyft/Juno will run at least $40 from anywhere in Manhattan.
I think double the attendance of the last meeting is really underestimating the sheer power of a company that has a real shot at certification this time....personally, I expect there to be at least a couple hundred people at the minimum...
And we know Tony won't just show up with a projector and Dunkin Donuts coffee. This will probably be the single most important day in the company's history thus far.
