I think all it does is record long and short sales

I think all it does is record long and short sales whatever category they fall into. Overall, most many of the short sales could have been covered the same day.

I knew when it shot up so fast yesterday that there was a bunch of shorts. I think this time though that they will have to cover much quicker. Those that bought long, did so at a much higher price and will be less willing to let go of their shares.
