Treaty was suspended for not filing the audits. Not due to the SEC compalint filed, which BTW Treaty settled without admitting or denying guilt, leaving the path open for Treaty to trade once the audits are filed.
TD lies 24 / 7 that Treaty will be revoked. If so why haven't they already.
