I am not sure as to why a leadership change has occurred but I would have to think that maybe it is because of 1of 2 reasons.
1. Not going to announce until a replacement is found , otherwise that creates panic.
2. Mergers happen and positions are consolidated resulting in likely job loss. No announcement can be made premature as that's not something you announce until it's a signed deal.
As to the lack of news I would guess and was told that is by design. Up listing has always been in consideration here and pr's are heavily scrutinized and can be a deciding factor whether we get approved or not. Organic growth is a must when accepting any application to Major exchange. Companies like Axim would have a hard time uplisting because of the constant pr's. our ops is home grown which makes us very attractive and fundamentally sound
