Greets folks - am back home off my Dallas Blues/Nascar/RMHB bi annual trip. awesome race won by Jimmy Johnson and my boy Dale Jr finished 5th. We ate top shelf the whole week as well. Music was awesome as - we saw Zac Harmon at key's lounge in ft worth sat eve - man he wailed some sweet blues.
Got over to RMHB bout 1:30 Mon afternoon. Timing wasn't the best but Dave Seeberger made 15 min for me and pals. This visit was different than prior. We got off 2nd floor that RMHB rents. Doors were locked -- we buzzed and were invited in by a Chinese woman upon entering there was a life-size ad board with a gal holding a RMHB in hand with Chinese characters below ( yes even RMHB looks cool in their characters
) after future consideration it made perfect sense that we need a bi lngual English/ Chinese person to handle calls as we go forward.
Dave asked me to share with y'all we are in a period where they are working on bringing Ms Li's assets under the RMHB umbrella - meaning that within the next couple months - friar tucks - RMHB Asia - the Lyon Pride bus etc will all end up on RMHB's balance sheet. Besides the 3.5 mm Jerry accepted for release of control to her many holdings the above will be added to our bottom line and will take a few months .. at present time we can't calculate what in total Lilly brings to the table but it's huge. Dave suggested for we to follow - as he can't share privy info- to follow Ms Li and awl holdings as those forms will be filed and transferred into RMHB and will be the earliest take as it happens. Also solely focused on branding and capturing new distributors. ( sorry as didn't have time to get specifics)
Regarding this last canning order - it's being filled as week speak. the 30K case run is being run now. Dave then showed us new concepts of art work for our Cans - y'all gonna freak - best designed can ever ( btw it's not been approved as of yet) Can's are dark Black with a neon green hemp leap that just pops and all wording flavors and such also done in neon colors as well - truly impressive.
Again the best take I really got was more so regarding we shipping the water to China. and (yes i was an initial doubter) That's gonna be RMHB's home-run in China. I personally never realized how valuable good water is worth to those that don't have access
We spoke briefly about the lawsuits.. for oldies here - remember Canada -- they put down 500G's for a run in Canada that never was completed - that's about to change --- we'll soon have RMHB Canada via rules change under our wing- Dave was concerned about Canada's short bev season - said if they get a taste they'll drink it year round no matter temp. The Roy Meadows/ Daughter lawsuit still alive and may take years before any settlement but hope Jerry crushes Roy's stones -- just amazing we've gone from a (usury thief to Ms lilly)
I then got into what set me off a few weeks ago with over pumping and then the follow up 9B gaff. Dave was very apologetic and stated that they had hired outside legal to draft the filings when no one caught the diff between 900mm and 9B - they've implemented plans that there will be no re-peat of that gaff.
To sum up - it was a productive 15 min and realize they have to keep it low key and less pumping - our products will sell themselves - It'll take a bit and once lilly decides how much to invest in a canning assembly line at the old friar tucks upstate NY as well as the 10 Qt water boxes.
I and fellow pals were just amazed with timing . I left last tues Morn.. we have investments in Plug Power as well.. was trading @ 1.12 - by the time I boarded plane was trading 2.40 - they cut a deal with Amzn - we now have lots of profits there that are being funneled into RMHB I've added 100k already myself this am
Best to RMHB and investors - Baby we've just began - I look forward to breaking bread with many here at this years SH meeting - Godspeed and good health to all and theirs

PS: bet a fellow pal that if RMHB didn't take out the 0.32 high in 1 yr I'd kiss his rear and don't plan on losing that bet
