Affecto Plc - Stock Exchange Release, 12 April 2017 at 9:00, Helsinki Affecto’s Leadership Team Update Affecto is taking the next steps in implementing its PowerGrid, a modern network-based operating model. Consequently, Affecto is also updating both its leadership model and team. During 2017, Affecto will build a stronger operational leadership model, which includes representatives closer to its day-to-day businesses and technologies. This change will enable the Affecto Leadership Team (ALT) to emphasize strategy, brand, growth and enterprise development with increased focus. Effective today, 12 April 2017, the ALT is updated as follows:
- After a significant 40 years at Affecto, Stig Sandberg will retire from Affecto during 2017. He will depart the ALT and continue to focus on his responsibilities within Eastern Europe and South Africa until his retirement. The Company has commenced a search for a new Baltic leader, and the appointment will be made later during the year.
- Håvard Ellefsen, Managing Director, Norway, Denmark & Partners, will leave the Company to pursue a career outside of Affecto. Norway and Denmark will continue to be led by the current segment leaders who will report to the CEO.
- Before summer 2017, Mikko Eerola will also leave the Company to pursue a career outside Affecto. He will depart the ALT today and will assist in the transition of his duties prior to his departure from Affecto.
With these changes, the Affecto Leadership Team is presently:
