From what I know two of them have many many years of experience in the oil industry. One has many years accounting experience.
And most important I heard they have around 300 M shares combined of Teco stock. Where Chris had zero.
The BOD, like all investors, want their investment to have value and they are now in the positon to make it happen.
And for the tortuous interference the best those fools have is TD, and Where's the 8K, and Advil having a bad experience in Mexico that has nothing to do with Teco. The dumbass probably drank the water. LOL ... and Against who is a broken record. Same shit every hour
What shit they have been spewing lately Treaty is on great shape if that is the best they have
Folks, there will be no revocation, minimal fines or disgorgements and with the blessing of the SEC we will be trading once the financials are filed and we find an MM.
And BTW, when questioning why it is taking so long to get the audits done we have no idea what the BOD has gone thru. We need to be grateful they stuck it out.
