Think of this Treaty becomes a umbrella for small producers we take a small cut they get access to a Treading platform and can pool together for water treatment disposal , tubing deals , or hedging deals there are a whole lot of possibilities bringing producers together. Now I'm just thinking out loud and don't want to say that would happen . A small part of a lease will do for now.
