The big news in addition to "NO FURTHER DILUTION" per IR are the entrance of the Institutional Investors and favorable financing going forward. The Institutional Investor provide all our financing needs for future expansion. Our growing revenues from 4K studios (per IR) covers all of the company's ongoing expenses, overhead, salaries etc etc.

Yes, the company went down the wrong path a few years ago with the toxic debt and they and SH's learned a hard lesson from that. IR explicitly advised me there would be absolutely NO NEED FOR FURTHER DILUTION because of the new institutional investors. This is far different than just saying no more dilution because of "anticipated increasing revenues". Do you get it???

I will repeat " NO FURTHER DILUTION GOING FORWARD" and our institutional investors providing our favorable financing was only the trigger that stemmed our PPS slide and quick rise. The many future catalysts, live TV, sports, entertainment, A-list movies from major studios, UF built in to all TV's, etc will be the fuse that will blow this thing wide open.

IMO soon we will be trading in dollars vs pennies and therefore I fully intend to smack that ask every chance I get.
