That would be a bizarre try at a lawsuit. I've never heard of one like that ever filed. I doubt you would even get a court to take such a bizarre case.
If Ptoi defied all odds and actually became successful, what on earth would be the damages?
I believe the company did go after a few critics years ago, but that didn't go too well and cost shareholders quite a bit.
