I don't know Ziv or any of the other officers othe

I've invested in other companies where the CEO spoke poor English, but as long as the company performed well, and presentations were well documented, it worked okay. The key is a solid slide presentation that can be seen by all when a speaker is weak in making a presentation. Webcasts should certainly have the slides as well as the voice, some companies save money by only broadcasting the sound and much is lost when investors other than those at the presentation can't see the slides.
It does seem that they're letting Ziv go, or perhaps plan on using him in another capacity. I do think it's a key that someone be able to speak clearly in English, even if they have a heavy accent. They need to be able to clearly answer questions. Most Israeli's I know speak English well and are easily understood, so I really don't believe they'd have difficulty finding a spokesman and bring them up to speed on the subject matter as long as they have a background in Biotech.
