Great information and though I can understand the observation of a religious event I would have thought 2 things. 1- they would have not made a rash decision to replace Ziv. Poor marketing is still better than no marketing if he is gone at all or if he is changing his role. 2-Who would make a change to senior leadership without being prepared for a press release about it (if they have 4 days then don't take him off your website until you are ready with the press release). It's amazing how brilliant this team is and how absent they can be.
As a large sum investor into a small pre-revenue company I don't need to know every time someone goes and pees but if it is causing them to be ineffective in their job to the point a change is necessary you can bet I want to know and want to know about their succession plan. That is holiday or not. They knew the holiday was here and took him off the website. I'm not sure if it is lack of knowledge or what but people are going to notice and then not provide any update because it's a holiday while your market cap tanks.
I'm long... if for no other reason then I've lost to much to get out at this point. I believe in the product and what has been done to thus far to large point. Yeah I was stupid and bought high but seeing an 80% drop in market capital from the high for no reason is stupid. To make a leadership change without comment and delaying that comment because of a holiday is investor death or market capital suicide. Seriously though. If they could remove him from the website they could have had a 8k.
As an investor I have been impressed with OWCP in so many regards. It's why I spent 250k USDs on their company. I feel like they have let market players beat them and their shareholders down. This decision to delay a notification of a fundamental change in the company leadership structure is something I see as the company giving a finger to investors. I honestly hope it goes to sub penny if that is what it takes for the company to realize they have messed up. Plus it will give me a change to analysis the current climate and buy in super cheap. Not that I have any powder left after buying down multiple times. But what cost me 10000 would only cost me 10 bucks so I could forgo a few meals and big up some nice share counts. If OWCP messes up so bad then they will just be bought out. They have the proof and products.. A pharma company who actually knows how to drive markets would love to pick up OWCP on the crazy cheap.
