BIRMINGHAM, Ala., April 11, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- McGlinchey Stafford PLLC is pleased to announce the addition of Robert Gardner to the firm’s Birmingham office. A seasoned tax and corporate law attorney, Gardner is Of Counsel within the firm’s Tax practice group.

Gardner has extensive experience in trusts and estates, probate, estate administration, business succession planning, business organizations, tax controversies, taxation and corporate law. He represents fiduciaries in trust, estate, and tax conflicts and litigation, and counsels business owners on ownership, management, and disposition/succession agreements between themselves and their business partners and investors. Gardner also counsels small businesses regarding selection of entity structure and entity formation.

Gardner received his J.D. from Samford University Cumberland School of Law in 1992, and his B.A. from Auburn University in 1988.
