Altice USA Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering
April 11, 2017 - Altice N.V. (Euronext: ATC, ATCB) announces today that Altice USA has filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") for a proposed initial public offering of shares of Class A Common Stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.
J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Citigroup and Goldman, Sachs & Co. are serving as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering.
