JSC “Baltic Telekom” signs agreement with Vent

Rīga, 2017-04-11 07:44 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 10 April 2017, JSC “Baltic Telekom” has signed an agreement with “Venta Global Limited” represented by Mr. Nikolay Storozhev to sell its 66 114 share stake in JSC “Telekom Baltija” that constitutes 19.9% of JSC “Telekom Baltija” share capital.
According to the not audited Annual Report 2016 of JSC “Telekom Baltija” released on 10 April 2017, the shares have nominal value of EUR 1.40 per share.
