A jerk's dirt bag skirt gets jiggy & it is not appreciated.
A disturbing Instagram video shows a Colorado police officer slamming a woman face-first to the ground after a scuffle.
In the video, which was posted by Barstool Sports over the weekend, a woman in a black dress and high heels can be seen struggling with a Fort Collins police officer outside a bar.
After several seconds of grappling, he turns and throws her face down on the pavement with a judo-style trip.
The woman has been identified as 22-year-old Michaella Surat, a Colorado State University student.
The Fort Collins Police Department released a statement, saying the short video doesn't tell the full story of what happened.
According to the department, Surat's boyfriend was involved in a disturbance with another man at the Bondi Beach Bar.
When police arrived to investigate, Surat allegedly "shoulder-checked a bouncer and an officer" and tried to pull her boyfriend from the area.
Surat then physically obstructed and struck an officer, so a "standard arrest control" technique was used to subdue her.
Surat was arrested and booked into the Larimer County Jail on charges of third-degree assault and obstructing a peace officer.
The Instagram video of the incident has been viewed hundreds of thousands of times, with many commenters torn on whether this is a case of excessive force.
