I think if you look at the last 8k they mentioned the locations of interest. One huge and very progressive Pharma company in Germany is Baxter Pharmaceutical. My connections there have aged but knowing the company and what they are about it wouldn't be as long of a stretch as some might think. They also do work in Israel.
