what confuses me the most is when i read investors saying, "Bought more on the dip!" Thats great and all, but for OWCP.. if the dip is actually turning into a short term trend, theres no point in buying right now when there is a high chance of it going lower. the way its done is you wait for confirmation of a reversal (up trend), then you buy more. buying more on a downtrend with intense momentum is like building a house while its on fire... not gonna work out well.
