long line of peeps - yes -Brad is being sued by so

if Brad does not pursue the ilia revenue as he is required to do on behalf of CWRN shareholders he apparently wont have the income necessary to do anything w the concession -
and in that case its better that the concession go to somebody else-which as far as we know it could have already since we've heard nothing officially since the May 2013 PR- if Brad didnt pay the concession owner the royalty due from the ilia shipment -if he loses that case -which he would without paying the concession owner -he would lose the concession
in the usa you can pay a price to see the contents of the legal case - not usually so in Mexico-so in most of these Mexican cases we are following via dd we cant see whats actually transpiring
the lawyers are getting rich - nobody else as far as i can see
if he loses the concession-if he hasnt already- the new owner would have to supply their own equipment since Brad has apparently sold some equipment (to help pay legal bills?) and the rest of the equipment likely tied up in court
i dont know all of the scenarios which could occur w transfer of ownership of concession-different scenarios would affect stockholders differently-anybody have info on possible scenarios?
are there any white knights left in this me me me world? maybe gray knights- still wondering after all this time without hearing anything official from the ceo -why havent we heard anything re bankruptcy?
any public co which succeeds Brad re the concession would need a legal framework-if that is the CWRN legal framework then the stock would continue but with a probable r/s
but if a private co gets the concession stockholders would be out in the cold unless we got in line to sue the CEO-and then the ticker should cease to exist
as time goes on 1 of these scenarios have to occur-even in 3rd world mexico-
