I believe that OWCP may be down right now because

This of course may not be true, a couple weeks ago an investor stopped by the company in Israel and was permitted to smear on some of the cream, for all we know the same has occurred with people who had psoriasis. The point I'm making is we don't know that, and we do know it hasn't been done in a double blinded study that meets the criteria of the FDA or other agency to be considered a clinical trial.
I believe that OWCP does know what they're doing, they know many other products of a similar nature are in stores everywhere, the question in my mind, and perhaps many of yours, is will some govt. agency balk at such a product which relies on cannabis to be effective. I believe this doubt could be there until we either see some declaration from the Govt. or are able to go into a Green Cross store and see the cream available for sale there.
Note, I didn't say buy it there because I believe that to do so, people will need a prescription that permits them to purchase at the store.
If the company is correct, it will only be about 3 months before this comes true, if they're completely on schedule. Of course their could be delays in the U.S., but if they're selling it elsewhere, I believe Investor's will be comfortable with what the company has said. The only way of a serious delay occurring here would be if every country said, we require clinical trials for efficacy before the product can be sold.
It's been said that physicians follow the guidelines of first, do no harm. Our Psoriasis Cream will meet that criteria when safety trials prove it safe. It has been shown to work in labs, and it wouldn't surprise me if the company did let people with psoriasis try it, but they cannot say so as it wasn't done in a clinical trial, and it may have been illegal to do so.
Once the cream is on the market, we should get all sorts of anecdotal feedback on whether it's benefiting patients, or not. I don't know how the companies distributing it intend to market it, but one tact that could be considered is a money back guarantee if it fails to work.
Clearly, if all the doubts in the back of our minds are overcome by the company's action, the stock will be dramatically higher, and we'll be very pleased. While I believe the result could be the same if one of our doubts come to pass, but if it did, that success could take much longer, and we could be burdened with lower prices, and dilution, to make that future success happen. I believe the company can do what it's planning to do without delay, but I cannot say it's absolutely certain. Anyone certain about any stock should be so wealthy that they wouldn't be participating here. It would be rather like going to a horse race and knowing all the winners, or playing craps and knowing the number being rolled before the dice was rolled. I don't believe this is as much a gamble as being at the race track or crap table, but any stock can go up, or down.
