LOL! Some observations. I would think the death toll for the average gun slinger was 15-20, tops.
Word gets around. Except for the rifleman? 'Don't f*ck with the guy with the rifle' surely would have traveled within his 'killing zone'.

Anyway, how polite do you think everyone was to Lucas when he came into town, save for the dumb-asses who just didn't get the word?
Also, where's his 'reload'? I see no ammo bandolier or belt.
