I agree that the legal issue doesnt make much sense. We dont know everything about the response to their letter, but the fact is the legal fees are the least of the damage. There are 33 million shares in the O/S that shouldnt be there. Also, that is a lot of money out of the company and shareholder accounts. OWC seems to have a decent head for business, with the manufacturing and distribution agreements they have negotiated. So, I am apt to believe what they describe in the 8k about decisions they made based on what little they got from their law firm. The big issue is the 33 million shares, and to a curious note, the situation with the guy they were dealing with at Kodiak. Only OWC knows what was said, but the Kodiak guy was successful in convincing OWC to sign off on the shares transferred to Nations. Nations was never a party to any of this, except they got to sell 33 million shares and keep the money. What is shady about this as well is that the Kodiak guy went work for a division of Nations right in the middle of all this. Perry Mason didnt have juicier cases than this one. On MedMar, that is a minor issue, they wont be doing business in PA or MD in anytime soon, and who knows how much psoriasis is in Hawaii. It was good to hear Ziv mention that in the last 8k, and the US wont be the initial push for sales. Remember, GWPH doesnt sell a dime in the US, and look at their share price.
