Hnery Klein has tired with his Fed Tort filed against the SEC but I have not heard anything about it for a long time. It still must be active or Clown Liar TDBOWIEKNIFE form that Shit Hole of a board IHUB would be talking about it 24 / 7
He won't even acknowledge it exists because there is no case number nor is it on Pacer. The DumbAss doesn't understand what a Fed Tort is. it is one of hte steps plaintiffs must take before filing a lawsuit.
There is heavy proof that Platinum Partners back in 2008 when it was Argy loaned the company $ 3 M and after that it tanked. Platinum Partners was prosecuted and convicted by the SEC of securities fraud so what the hold up is who knows.
