so now tell us what the monthly burn rate is ..
including filings .. D&O insurance for annual
and those little incidental costs that come
from that *4* profit site .. (OTC Mkts)
and then *understand* why
P2O's mgmt would need to have first processors sold
b4 undertaking the expense of getting 2 and 3
back on line .. to say nothing of sending the signal
to *FILTH* that the seating of an indy BoD *does*
as was so aptly noted .. by an actual P2O investor here
... walk a mile in the man's shoes
there is a reason NON RETAIL compressed PTOI's PPS so damn low
besides the obvious one of *parting* actual P2O investors from their PTOI shares
it was also to force P2O to DILUTE at every turn .. and here's the irony .. they didn't
and the other irony is P2O ate up the clock ..

this truly isn't complex .. but it is vile what is done to legit OTC companies
by NON RETAIL and their *minions/trolls* ..
most OTC *targets* don't SURVIVE .. it's pretty damn clear from this 10K that P2O is close
