We started eating better after my wife was found
allergic to (poisonous) MSG. A common additive.

She started having asthma and migraines in
her teens. I married her, we both believing that
is the way it was for her lifelong. She is allergic
to aspirin and peanuts so a doctor said hey let's
take a look. Turns out she is allergic to MSG and a
couple of cousin chemicals. We took it out of our diet
and after maybe 2 weeks - like a miracle - can you
imagine having lifelong asthma and migraines go away
Like total wow !!
I remember her running out into the snow in her panties
middle of the night trying to breathe one time. Another,
after eating a piece of Meijers warm serve in store pizza slice
She had a horrible headache. Later with an eye check up, that Dr
said she had a bent-indented optic nerve from a migraine episode
just that violent. Holy shit. That optic nerve is normal now.
