iLie is a traders site - very few investors and if they are - they quickly realize they are on the wrong site. Traders by nature are short term and MUST protect capital. So - regardless how they feel about the long term prospects - if they are down and momentum has turned - they HAVE to get out to protect capital to trade day to day to drive gains. So - you cant compare their approach to a more traditional ling term investor.
The manipulation is in the short selling/nsked shorting that is perpetuated by dirty MMs and hedge funds to take advantage of those traders and create false momentum (either up or down). It is easier on the downside when convertible debt exists - or on a restatement where it "might" come back into play.
If you are long term, and believe in the prospects - then this would be a buying opp assuming there is no change in share structure on the restatement. However, in this realm - the traders will control the action. Part of investing in OTC
