I agree with your assessment but your dates and studies are different that what I've heard.
There are 2 studies ongoing at the same time.
They received IRB approval to conduct a safety research (on healthy adults) for medical cannabis cream. This is the only safety study registered in the NIH registry for performing studies on medical cannabis cream. Ends in July, right before they release their cream early Q3.
The full efficacy results for the skin study (not on humans) dealing with how THC/CBD effects various interleukins will be finished by the end of April. Dr. Baruch said the results would then be published in a medical journal. So early to mid-May at the earliest.
They announced full fledged efficacy study on psoriasis patients early 2018 in the last 8k.
Own the Float's prediction of new 52-week high by mid-May might not be too far fetched.
