On "The O'Reilly Factor" tonight, Judge Jeanine Pirro slammed Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) for her comments about President Trump's Supreme Court nominee, Judge Neil Gorsuch.
Warren said on Capitol Hill this week that Gorsuch has "embraced right-wing, pro-corporate views," claiming he will prioritize wealthy insiders and corporations over everyday Americans.
She also said it's "nuts" to confirm Gorsuch while Trump's campaign is under the cloud of an ongoing FBI counterintelligence investigation.
Judge Jeanine said that Warren's claims are an outrage, because she has absolutely no facts to support them.
"She talks about his record and how he's not in the mainstream. And yet she doesn't identify anything in his record," Judge Jeanine said.
She noted that Warren attacked Gorsuch for being anti-woman, while the gender pay gap in her Senate office is 10 percent wider than the national average.
